Calling his passion for service “global” would truly understate the path Dr. Aalie Sagar has followed. In India, completing his dental studies, he began his charity as a student, spearheading the Bharti Student Fund for Underprivileged and as Mobile Dental Van Student President. Dr. Sagar then pursued his mission in Nepal at the Universal College of Medical Sciences, not only as a Dental Surgeon but assisting in related HIV research, health and awareness camps in Nepal, Cambodia and India. After immigrating to the United States, he continued his tradition of service, volunteering for trips into Guatemala to treat underprivileged children. Today, this dedication to his patients – and his community – make Dr. Sagar a perfect fit with The Smile Center vision and mission.
